I showed up at Tapestry restaurant in Los Gatos for Sheree's 40th Birthday Party and immediately started sketching her friends, to fit all 15 people on a large drawing. As soon as that was done, I drew the couples together and matted the drawings for them to have a take away gift.While I was very busy working quickly to get in as many of her friends as possible, other patrons from the restaurant kept approaching me to draw them as well! Unfortunately, I had to leave and rushed back to San Francisco for a Make a Wish Benefit night.
Everyone at the party thought it was a great idea, and the next day I got a call from Sheree thanking me and telling me what a great addition I was to her party. I think I will be drawing for her and her friends in the future, and look forward to it!
